Silentnight Perfect Pillow

The Silentnight Perfect Pillow has been cleverly designed to allow you to change the height of the pillow to exactly how you want it. Inside the zipped removable cover are three inner pads that you can add or remove, so you can customise your pillow to the height and firmness that is right for you. Each pad covered in microfibre and filled with our signature soft and springy hollowfibre. Use 1-2 pads for a soft pillow, 2-3 pads will result in a medium pillow and 4-5 pads will provide a firm pillow with maximum support. Each of our inside pads are a little bit different, this is to give you more choice.

Because this pillow is adjustable, it really is suitable for every type of sleeper, whether you sleep on your front, back or side. The outer cover is made with microfibre that is soft to the touch and easy to care for.

For example, people who sleep on their front require only a small amount of support from their pillow, so a soft and slim pillow is ideal for front sleepers. Back sleepers need a little more support, so a medium firmness is best suited. Finally, side sleepers require the most support from their pillow to help relieve pressure on the neck. If you sleep on your side you will feel more comfortable with a firmer pillow.  Back and side sleepers may need to use more than one pillow to achieve the perfect level of support.
